ALL SAINTS CHURCH, PATCHAM
INFORMATION FOR THE HIRING OF HALLS
All Saints Church has two well-appointed halls comprising the CHURCH LOUNGE which is in our Church Centre and the CHURCH BARN. These are used primarily for activities associated with the Church. However, when available they can be hired for approved purposes by members of the local community.
The CHURCH BARN comprises a main timbered hall about 12 metres by 10 metres with a separate well-equipped kitchen and toilets. The floor is carpeted and will take groups of up to 70 people. It is suitable for family and children’s parties and family gatherings. There are eight 6 foot and six 4 foot folding tables and approx. 140 stacking chairs including 26 small children’s chairs.
The CHURCH LOUNGE is suitable for smaller gatherings of up to 40, measuring 9 metres by 7 metres. The floor is carpeted and there is a small kitchen and toilets. There are several 6 foot and 4 foot tables, 18 easy chairs and approx. 30 stacking chairs. A toilet suitable for disabled persons is available for use via a lift between the ground floor and upper floor in the Church Centre.
PARKING : Although there is limited parking near the Church Centre and Barn, parking can often be found in Vale Avenue and Highview Avenue North.
FEES : The halls are usually let on an hourly basis. The Church Barn fee is £20 per hour, the Church Lounge is £15 per hour. We are able to offer a weekend concessionary rate of £60 for the Barn or £45 for the Church Lounge for parties and other events that last for four hours or less. Please contact the Halls Booking Team for information on concessions for regular bookings and community groups. We do not hire either the Church Barn or Church Lounge before 12:30pm on a Sunday.

If you would like to make a booking, please contact our Halls Booking Coordinator for regular or one-off bookings - contact details as above - and you will need to agree to the terms and conditions as laid out in our Terms and Conditions.
We can hold a provisional booking for up to 2 weeks and this will become a firm booking when we have received your payment.
